MMJ is a privately owned, independent evaluation and research company with no affiliation or conflict of interest with any other real estate related entity. Unlike national appraisal management companies, we control the entire process.

Headquartered in Manhattan, MMJ has grown to include local offices in Brooklyn, Manhasset, Westchester, Connecticut and the Hamptons.
