MMJ has served as the court appointed neutral appraiser for hundreds of matrimonial cases. We offer a wide variety of products to evaluate marital assets and have assisted many of New York's top firms in the execution of accurate and expeditious valuations.
Trusts & Estates
MMJ is a leader in property valuations for estate tax purposes, capital gains, and trusts. Due to our extensive proprietary database, we can provide accurate valuations of cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family homes throughout the five boroughs with both current and historical data. In addition, MMJ is qualified in the valuation of fractional interests, including discounts applicable for lack of marketability and control.
